Bill became pastor of Village Baptist in April 2000. He is a native Arkansan and a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary. Bill has served churches in Little Rock, Arkansas, Sugar Land, Texas, and Mena, Arkansas, before coming to Village Baptist.
Bill loves the Razorbacks, Indianapolis Colts, and his wife, Jo Ann - but not in that order. His ipod keeps playing praise and worship music and his Facebook keeps showing pictures of his three grandchildren.
Pat Taylor - Associate Pastor
Pat began serving VBC in 2004. He is a native Texan and a graduate of East Texas State College (now Texas A&M Commerce), and earned his MRE from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Pat has served Southern Baptist churches in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, as well as serving East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas, for 13 years as Director of Development.
Pat retired from Texas A&M Commerce where he served as Executive Director of the Foundation.
Pat loves southern gospel music. His favorite love is his lovely wife, Sharon. They have two sons and two grandchildren.
